Company History and Progress of Development

1973: Established. Initial Capital: JPY 2 million.Head Office and Plant located at Ushikubo-cho, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama.
1975: Capital increased to JPY 5 million. Developed the testing equipment for coreless motors.
1977: As the business activities expanded, Head Office and Plant moved to Tsunashima-higashi 6-chome, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama. Started development of the Image Processing equipment.
1978: Capital increased to JPY 10 million. Developed the automatic testing equipment for the VTR manufacturing lines.
1980: Capital increased to JPY 15 million. Developed K-230 Automatic Power Supply Tester.
1981: Constructed new Okurayama Plant at Futoo-cho, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama to manufacture the standard products. Development of PT series Power Supply Tester was completed, and market production started.
1982: Capital increased to JPY 40 million. Developed automatic testing software use on PT series Power Supply Tester.
1983: Celebrated the 10th anniversary of foundation. Developed Auto Adjuster for the VTR manufacturing lines.
1985: Developed FT-8000 Digital Function Tester.
1986: Capital increased to JPY 60 million. Displayed the Automatic. Power Supply Test Systems are exhibit at the Switching Power Supply Systems Exhibition.
1987: In order to expand business, Sales Office was opened at Shin-Yokohama, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama. Developed AJ-5500 Auto Adjuster for general uses. Totally remodeled PT series Power Supply Tester with improved quality.
1988: Made agreement with Summation Inc. in the U.S.A. for the propose of introducing its technology on the function testing. Enter agreement with VITec in the U.S.A. and ELETEC in West Germany with an aim of introducing their image processing technology.
1989: In order to expand business, Head Office and Plant were moved to Futoo-cho, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama. Developed High-Vision Frame Grabber for EWS, which was rewarded a certificate of distinguished product.
1990: Capital Increased to JPY 70 million.
1991: Terminate agreement with Summation Terminate agreement with ELETEC
1992: Developed PAC-1200 Portable Auto-Test Controller for GP-I Instrument.
1993: Developed MP-701 Multi Function Power Meter for Harmonics Current Test. Developed DFM High-Vision Frame Grabber System for EWS. Celebrated the 20th anniversary of foundation at Hong Kong.
1994: Made agreement with Intepro Systems Ltd. in Ireland, Schaffner group for the purpose of introducing its technology on the power supply testing software. Developed CFM-dash High-Vision Frame Grabber and VTRC SBus VTR controller for EWS.
1995: Released our 3rd generation's RM-102 Ripple Noise Meter. Developed PW-6000 Automatic Power Supply Testing & Evaluation System with Windows system software.
1997: Made Agreement with SWS Corp. to introduce Fibre Channel Technologies and relesed its "Nextorage" Fibre Channel DiskArray System.
1998: Shipped EL-302, our 3rd generation Electronic Load Announced to ship UV-10, portable USB of PC to GPIB Converter before any other vendors in the field.
1999: Due to business expansion, constructed and moved to a new facility located in Chigasaki-minami, Tsuzuki-ku, Yokohama-city combining three separated locations, Head Quater, Tsunashima office and Sales office.
2000: Acquired the Certificate of ISO9001 Quality Systems.
2001: Start a capital tie-up with Prodigit,Taiwan
2002: Developed UDR-2E, a disk recorder for HD/SD
Finished the shift of the ISO09001 to year 2000 version and obtained the certification.
2003: Our 30th anniversary (March 3)
3 years renewal review of the ISO9001
Developed the compact and accurate 2kVA AC/DC Source (PA-2003)
Developed the electronic load (ELZ-303) capable of sinking current
even at zero (0) input volt. with fast slew rate
Developed the electronic load (ELL-303) capable of sinking current
even lower input volt. with fast slew rate
2004: Development of super fast Electronic Load ELS-304.
Capital increased to 95million Yen.
2005: Development of High Speed Test System PW-600E.
ELA, ELB and ELC-304 Electronic Loads.
Development of UDR-10E 4K Digital Cinema compatible Video Disk Recorder.
2006: Developed UDR-20S as Super High Vision compatible HDD recorder, UDR-5S uncompressed recorder for field use.
Developed ELS-154, ultra fast slew rate (500A/uS) electronic load.
2007: Renewed multi-function electronic load series as ELA-xx5, ELB-xx5 and ELC-xx5.
Developed XD series IC memory recorder for flat panel R/D applications.
Developed ELS-105 world fastest slew rate general purpose electronic load (1000A/us).
Exhibited HDD recorders at NAB2007 held in Las Vegas, USA.
Opened SOHO offices in Shanghai and Shenzhen, China.
2008: The 35th anniversary of establishment.
At NAB2008, introduced UDR-D100, camera mountable uncompressed compact recorder.
Completed rooftop gardening.
2009: Acquired ISO14001 environmental management system.
2010: The load station series (Multi-function electronic load) has totally renewed with using color LCD display.
2011: Entered into a business alliance with MEGURO ELECTRONIC CORPORATION
Opened west Japan sales office in Osaka city
